How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $50 AUD. (It’s an extra $5 for express postage.) Orders under $50 incur a shipping fee of $5
Buying from outside Australia? International orders have a flat shipping rate of $20 AUD.
Who do you ship with?
We shop all orders with Australia Post, StarTrack or Sendle.
Does Revate ship internationally?
Yes! International orders incur a flat shipping rate of $20 AUD.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As a guide:
- 1 to 2 days for express shipping
- 3 to 5 days for standard shipping
- 2 days extra for rural locations
We ship all orders received by 12pm on the same day – so be sure to order in the morning if you can. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
How I track my order?
We’ll email you your tracking number once your order is shipped. Didn’t receive one? Please contact us at support@revate.au.
What if I have an issue or concern with my order?
Contact us at support@revate.au. We’ll sort it out.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can securely pay via PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay, Klarna or Apple Pay – all of which accept VISA, Mastercard and Amex.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t wrap individual products. However, we ship all our bundles – which make ideal gifts – in a premium drawstring bag.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we can't offer change of mind returns. Please refer to our refund policy.

I have sensitive or oily skin. Can I use your products?
Yes! Revate products have been scientifically formulated to suit – and benefit – all skin types.
Are Revate products tested on animals?
No, Revate products are ethically developed, produced and never tested on animals.
Do your products have an expiry date?
All Revate products will last 24 months once they’ve been opened. To maximise shelf life, store them below 30°C/86°F and out of direct sunlight.
Are your products natural?
Revate products contain mostly natural or naturally derived ingredients with a small amount of synthetic ingredients used for stability and safety.
Do Revate products contain sulphates or parabens?
No, none of our products contain sulphates or parabens.
How do I store your products?
Our products are best stored in a cool dry place under below 30°C/86°F.
I had an adverse reaction to a Revate product. What should I do?
Discontinue use immediately. If the reaction is severe, contact your GP.Please let us know if you have a reaction to any of our products. Contact us for further assistance at support@revate.au.
